I step in when a digital product or platform needs an owner.
In practice that means deciding what gets built and what doesn't, getting a business case approved, choosing a platform or vendor, retiring old systems and getting sign-off from leadership and architecture boards.
I've worked in digital since 2011. I started in e-commerce and moved on to self-service apps and platforms. Since 2021 I've worked as an interim, through my own company. Sometimes as a manager with a team and a budget, sometimes hands-on alongside the teams.

My own product
Virgam is an app for companies whose people work on site, such as cleaning companies. Staff clock in with a QR code, and the company uses it for rosters, keys, supplies and quality checks. Kigma builds and runs Virgam, so there I'm the client myself.
